l know l have a odyssey go kart but how can l tell what year it is? It does not have suspension and l know its a fl250. But how can l tell the year on it?

If its a brand name Odyssey there should be serial numbers on the frame and moter you can look them up at the honda site or retailer site .

should be on the frame somewhere...

Call a Honda dealership and ask them where the frame # is located.
Then bring the # with you to a dealer and they will look up the year for you.
