There is a British company called EDZ who make an absolutely superb range of base, mid & top layer clothing specifically for biking. Their innershell is absolutely fantastic & folds into a bag that fits in the palm of ur hand.

l am riding my bike throughout the Czech winters, which r a lot more harsh than those back home in the UK & l am using only EDZ under my clothes & they have been absolutely brilliant.
