ive been looking at a bunch of sport bikes l know looks wise it seems to have held its beauty even back to early 2000 or so. but l dont want a bike just cause it looks good, so is the gsxr engineered better than the cbr,r1,ninja etc. what positive history, proven pointsd does it have?

l would not it is engineered '' better '' then the others in the way of been a solid bike, but as a race style bike for the road, you will struggle to find anything like it.

99.9 % of road riders will never get the most out of their GSX-R is and nearly the same will not get the best out of the bike on track days.

It really does not matter which modern Super bike you buy, they are all great ...... and the Ducati is are even greater!

As dated as the styling is its still as good looking as the rest, and if you take the different +s and -s from each bike (the CBR, R1 ZZR etc l think the Gixxer stands out as the all rounder. it may be beaten in every catagory by one or more of the others. but as an all rounder it holds its own pretty well.
l think the RIZZLA SUZUK l team have a fairly good proven record.

''Do not u know, we owe this bike everything'' ??

The late model (guessing early 2000 fits the bill) SRAD was the template for the modern superbike. Forget the Fireblades, R1 is & 916 is - nothing else was as close to a race bike - this is the most important bike of the last decade !!

Indeed though, time passes. 4 model upgrades have since made the SRAD the forgotten GSX-R. It no longer fits into a box, it is either not retro enough, not modern enough - Ai not folk fickle ???

These days, l am myself a mirror image of the old
'98 R750W - low down, bloated & sagging.

So that'sa got me thinking - perhaps its time to put the ol girl to bed now & ave a go on that new
K8 thingamajig that makes us both look like a page 3 model gone to seed !!!!!!!!

''Boohoo - give me back my youth! boohoo''

So there is a couple of positive proven history points for ya chew over.

Tuttar for now then - XxX -
