Which dirt bike is better: a Yamaha YZ125 or Honda CR125

Both good bikes but it would depend upon what use you want to put them to. For racing you would be better off getting a 4 stroke 250cc as the 2 stroke 125cc is are slowly disappearing off the grid as they are not quite as fast as the 4 strokes and usually end up in the same class so they have to compete against them. For resale value you would most likely be better off with a 4 stroke as well.

Out of those two Yamaha has a better Rep for being an overall bike & more reliable. l would stick with a YZ.

BUT, 2 strokes r fading quickly & for a good reason. if u r trying to decide between those two on which bike to get, l HIGHLY reccomend u check out 250cc 4 stroke racing bikes ex. YZ250F or CRF250R . l have had both & so many people said that the yz125 would be better but when l actually tried it for myself, the 250F won by miles. just so much smoother & easier to ride. Just try it before u go deciding, u wo not regret it.

the cr125 its a honda

l ride a kawasaki kx125. and l think a yz 125 is slightly more powerful than a honda. better throttle response. and to that guy talking about 4 strokes, who wants to ride an ''easy'' bike? l hate ''smoother'' rides. but it is actually all up to you.
