l have a 06 Honda CRF 250R and was wondering what exhaust pipes both slip on and full would be best and what they would do

Pro circuit or Fmf are good. Also if you can afford it the Titanium pipe is a bit lighter possibly by about 4lbs

leo vince or acropovich are the best ,pro circuit and fmf are ok for supercross style tracks but for motocross the leo vince and acropovich give good gains throughout and add about 2 bhp remenber to dyno jet your bike after you fit your pipe otherwise youll probebley lose power rather than gain it

With out a doubt the best would be the X3 motocross/sm full system titanium dual, by leo vince. definatley go with this one most powerful for cr250r. =]
