| Why do the 125cc and 250cc have two ''qualifying practices'' |

In MotoGP there are three practice sessions and one qualifying, but in 125cc and 250cc there are two practice sessions and two qualifying practice sessions. Any idea why the youngsters have two QPs?

The 125' & 250 dont need as much set up time.
The 990 is & now the 800 is are changing so fast, it takes longer to adapt.
